Mixed Herbs (Dill, Parsley, Chives and Mint), Spring Onion, Olive Oil and Cream Cheese
Using a food processor, combine 250g chopped cream cheese, 2 finely chopped spring onions, ¼ cup each of dill, parsley, chives, mint and olive oil, and a pinch salt and pepper together, pulsing until well combined. To serve, place mixture in bowl, sprinkle with little extra chopped spring onion and mixed herbs.
