Preserved Lemon, Flat Leaf Parsley and Green Olive Cream Cheese
Using a food processor, combine 250g chopped cream cheese, ¼ preserved lemon rinsed, flesh removed and chopped, ¼ cup chopped flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper, pulsing until mixture is well combined. To finish, stir in 1/3 cup finely chopped pitted green olives. To serve, place mixture in bowl, sprinkle with extra parsley and chopped pitted green olives.
