Prepare the noodles according to pack directions, drain and keep warm
Blend the eggs, soy sauce, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in wok and add garlic and chilli. Quickly stir fry to flavour the oil. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add prawns, bacon, and spring onions and toss quickly until bacon is cooked through. Then add noodles and stir fry over high heat coating noodles with ingredients.
Quickly stir the sauce mixture and then pour slowly over the noodles. Stir fry over high heat for one minute and serve immediately.
