Creamy Kimchi Bacon Noodles

  • 1 pack Fantastic Hokkien Fresh Noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g thick cut bacon, chopped
  • 200g kimchi, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced, white & green parts separated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp kimchi juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 fried eggs
  • Sesame seeds, to dress

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the Fantastic Hokkien Noodles according to pack directions, drain and set aside.

    n a pan over high heat, add oil and cook bacon until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.

    In the same pan over medium heat, sauté kimchi with white parts of spring onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant,

  4. Step 4

    Add kimchi juice, soy sauce, sugar and milk, then add noodles, gently mixing everything together.

  5. Step 5

    Serve with fried egg, the green part of the spring onions and sesame seeds.
