Prepare the Fantastic Hokkien Thin Noodles according to pack directions, drain and set aside.
In a heatproof jar, layer cooked noodles, spinach, sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, chopped spring onion, bean sprouts and firm tofu cubes.
Top with miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Store jar in fridge until ready to eat (1-2 days). When ready to eat, fill the jar 3/4 full with hot water.
5. Close the jar and gently shake to dissolve the broth. Let sit for a few minutes, then enjoy!
