Bring the stock to the boil in a medium saucepan.
Add kimchi, soy, miso, gochujang and sesame and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add wontons and simmer until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions, drain and divide between four soup bowls.
Divide the soup and wontons between the bowls.
Garnish with sesame, spring onion and coriander.
