Santa’s Snack Board

Method

1. Step 1

   Cut your wheel of Brie cheese in half, lengthways.

2. Step 2

   From one half, cut out two mustache-shaped pieces, one small round piece and one long curved piece to create Santa’s mustache, as well as the pom pom and white lining of Santa’s hat.

3. Step 3

   On a large, round board, place the other half of the Brie cheese in the centre. Assemble your mustache and hat pieces accordingly, then add the cherry tomato half and sliced kalamata olive to form Santa’s face.

4. Step 4

   Arrange the Fantastic Snacks Original Rice Crackers beneath the cheese to form santa’s beard.

5. Step 5

   Arrange the salami slices above the cheese to form Santa’s hat, then place the small round cheese piece at the end of the hat to form the pom pom. 

6. Step 6

   Arrange your choice of charcuterie board ingredients and Fantastic Snacks products around your Santa.

7. Step 7

   Enjoy!
