Gluten Free S’mores

Crunchy Fantastic Original Rice Crackers, a gooey toasted marshmallow, and a dip in silky chocolate—this fun twist on the classic s’more is crispy, melty, and totally addictive. Perfect for when you want something sweet, simple, and a little bit extra.

  • x24 Original Fantastic Rice Crackers
  • 100g Milk Chocolate
  • x12 marshmallows
  • sprinkles

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180ºC, set to the grill setting

  2. Step 2

    Place rice crackers onto a lined baking tray, spaced apart

  3. Step 3

    Place a piece of marshmallow on top of each cracker.

  4. Step 4

    Place tray into the oven for about 90 seconds, watching the whole time to ensure the marshmallows don’t burn

  5. Step 5

    Remove from oven and place second rice cracker on top, sandwiching the marshmallow

  6. Step 6

    Dip each s’more into melted milk chocolate to cover half the s’more sandwich.

  7. Step 7

    Cover the chocolate side with sprinkles.

  8. Step 8

    Allow chocolate to harden before serving, and enjoy!
