Soup-less Ramen

Enjoy a twist on traditional ramen with our Soup-less Ramen recipe, featuring our Fresh Hokkien Noodles tossed in a rich, flavourful sauce. Packed with your favourite toppings, it’s a quick, delicious way to satisfy your ramen cravings without the broth!

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of Fantastic Fresh Hokkien Noodles
  • 500g ground pork
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Chilli crisp to serve (optional)

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the Fantastic Hokkien Noodles according to pack directions, drain and set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Mix pork, sesame oil, soy sauces, oyster sauce and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork mixture until no longer pink.

  4. Step 4

    Add ¼ cup of water and reduce to low heat, simmering until mixture is looking saucy.

  5. Step 5

    Divide cooked noodles into 3 bowls, then top each with pork and spring onion. Add 1 egg yolk to the top of each bowl and drizzle with chilli crisp if desired. Mix well before enjoying.
