Place peanut butter, coconut cream, soy sauce, ketchup manis, curry paste and lime juice into a food processor bowl and blitz until smooth.
Spoon the dip into a bowl and top with diced cucumber, coriander and peanuts.
Place the dip into a serving board and surround with crackers.
