Ingredients
- 4 small tortillas
- Frozen Whiting with light batter (or other white fish)
Taco Toppings
- 1/2 small purple cabbage
- 2 medium avocado, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, long stems removed
- 6 Fantastic Seaweed Rice Crackers, crushed
- 1 lime cut into wedges, to serve
- Sweet chilli mayonnaise, to serve

Method

Step 1
Cook frozen fish to the instructions on the packet. Set aside.

Step 2
Lay tortillas on plates and layer starting with the shredded purple cabbage, then cooked fish and toppings.

Step 3
Finish with a sprinkle of crushed Fantastic Seaweed rice crackers and Sweet Chilli mayonnaise.

Step 4
Serve with fresh lime wedge to squeeze over tacos.
