Fish Tacos

  • 4 small tortillas
  • Frozen Whiting with light batter (or other white fish)
Taco Toppings
  • 1/2 small purple cabbage
  • 2 medium avocado, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, long stems removed
  • 6 Fantastic Seaweed Rice Crackers, crushed
  • 1 lime cut into wedges, to serve
  • Sweet chilli mayonnaise, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Cook frozen fish to the instructions on the packet. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Lay tortillas on plates and layer starting with the shredded purple cabbage, then cooked fish and toppings.

  3. Step 3

    Finish with a sprinkle of crushed Fantastic Seaweed rice crackers and Sweet Chilli mayonnaise.

  4. Step 4

    Serve with fresh lime wedge to squeeze over tacos.
