Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate, chopped
- 165g Turkish delight, coarsely chopped
- 1 pkt Fantastic crackers Original, coarsely broken
- 100g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 80g marshmallows, chopped
Method

Step 1
Prepare a 16cm x 26cm slice pan lined with baking paper.

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until smooth.

Step 3
Combine the Turkish delight, crackers, macadamias and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4
Pour over the melted chocolate and stir to combine.

Step 5
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. When set, cut or break into pieces.
