Prepare a 16cm x 26cm slice pan lined with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
Combine the Turkish delight, crackers, macadamias and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
Pour over the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. When set, cut or break into pieces.
