Heat a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock, then cover pot to boil.
Once boiled, add frozen dumplings. Cover until water boils again.
Once boiled again, add Fantastic Fresh Singapore Noodles and bok choy. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off heat, transfer into bowl and top with chopped spring onion, chilli oil and sesame seeds to taste.
