Remove flavour sachet and vegetable sachet (save for another use) from the Beef cup and pour boiling water to cover noodles, cover with lid and leave for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, place contents of flavour sachet, cheese spread and egg yolk into a small bowl and mix well.
Drain water from noodles, add cheese sauce and mix through.
Top with tomato sauce, mustard and pickles.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
