Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a slice tray, 15 cm x 30 cm, with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix together the melted butter, honey and tahini, then mix through the dry ingredients.
Press the mixture into the prepared slice tin. Sprinkle the top of the slice with the choc chips.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or till lightly golden.
Allow to cool, then cut into small bars.
