Harissa Cream Cheese Dip

  • 250g cream cheese, chopped
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • ¼ cup coriander, chopped
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  1. Step 1

    Using a food processor, combine cream cheese, harissa paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice, pulsing until mixture is well combined.

  2. Step 2

    To serve, place mixture in bowl, drizzle over a little extra harissa paste and sprinkle with extra mint.
