Prepare the Hokkien noodles in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes according to pack instructions. Separate with a fork, drain and keep warm.
Heat oil in a wok, add chicken and cook over high heat until lightly browned and cooked through.
Add the carrots and broccoli and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add capsicum, bean shoots and cashews and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the prepared noodles to the wok.
Combine the sauces and honey together and pour over the stir fry noodle ingredients and continue to stir fry for a further 2 - 3 minutes until all noodles are coated and glossy.
Serve immediately.
