Korean Chicken Cup Noodles

  • 1 Fantastic Chicken Cup Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Korean chilli paste (gochujang)
  • 1 tbp butter
  • 1/3 cup kimchi, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded or finely sliced carrot
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp furikake (or sesame)

  1. Step 1

    Remove flavour sachet from cup, add the contents of the vegetable sachet, pour boiling water to cover noodles, cover with lid and leave for 2 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, place contents of flavour sachet and chilli paste into a small bowl and mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Fry an egg to your liking.

  4. Step 4

    Drain water from noodles, adding about a tbsp of water to the sauce and mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Add the butter, sauce and kimchi to the noodles and mix through.

  6. Step 6

    Top with carrot, spring onion and fried egg.

  7. Step 7

    Garnish with furikake (or sesame).
