Mixed Herbs Cream Cheese Dip

  • 250g cream cheese, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup dill
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup chives
  • ¼ cup mint
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

  1. Step 1

    Using a food processor combine cream cheese, spring onions, dill, parsley, chives, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper together, pulsing until well combined.

  2. Step 2

    To serve, place mixture in bowl, sprinkle with a little extra chopped spring onion and mixed herbs.
