Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, chopped
- ¼ preserved lemon, rinsed, flesh removed and chopped
- ¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- ⅓ cup pitted green olives, finely chopped

Step 1
Using a food processor, combine cream cheese, preserved lemon, flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper, pulsing until mixture is well combined.

Step 2
Stir in pitted green olives.

Step 3
To serve, place mixture in bowl, sprinkle with extra parsley and chopped pitted green olives.
