Smashed Avo and Fetta topping

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Goats cheese
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill

  1. Step 1

    Mash the avocado roughly with a fork and add squeeze of lemon juice.

  2. Step 2

    Place 1-2 teaspoons of avocado on each Fantastic Rice Cracker,

  3. Step 3

    Crumble some goats cheese over the top

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle with some chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper

  5. Step 5

    Roughly chop or scissor some fresh dill and place onto the crackers.
