Smoked Salmon Canape

Preserved Lemon and Olive Cream Cheese Dip
  • 250g cream cheese, chopped
  • ¼ preserved lemon, rinsed, flesh removed and chopped
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ⅓ cup pitted green olives, finely chopped

Method
  1. Step 1

    Using a food processor, combine cream cheese, preserved lemon, flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper, pulsing until mixture is well combined.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in pitted green olives.

  3. Step 3

    To create the canape, place the Fantastic Rice Crackers on a platter, spoon a spoonful of dip mixture on top of each rice cracker.

  4. Step 4

    Top with a small piece of smoked salmon and a piece of dill.
