Ingredients
  • 150g Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar Delites
  • 500g fresh prawns
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 100g plain flour
  • Spray oil
  • Parsley
Method
  • Pat the prawns really dry with a paper towel.
  • Crush Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar Delites into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  • Set up your coating stations: Bowl 1: Flour - Bowl 2: Eggs - Bowl 3: Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar Delites Crumb
  • Dredge each prawn in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat in Delites crumbs.
  • Place prawns in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with oil.
  • Air fry at 200ºC for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mayo or aioli.
  • Serve and enjoy!
