Mini Corn Dogs

Delites Flame Grilled Barbeque

Ingredients

1 cup Fantastic Snacks Flame Grilled Barbeque Delites
12 mini hot dogs
½ cups cornmeal
1/3 cups plain flour
1 tbsp caster sugar
¾ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
¾ tsp olive oil
¾ tsp honey
oil spray

Method

1. Crush Delites in a food processor until fine crumbs. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
2. Whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Add the buttermilk, egg, oil and honey. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a tall glass or cup.
5. Dip each mini hot dog into the batter, coating completely.
6. Roll in the crushed Delites, gently pressing to coat.
7. Place in the air fryer and lightly spray with oil.
8. Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
9. Let cool and enjoy!
